ESTUDIS GEOT\u00c8CNICS, S.L.\u00a0<\/strong>we firmly believe in the importance of fostering a safe, ethical, equal and trustworthy environment for all our employees, clients and partners in general.<\/p><p>For this reason, we have implemented a robust\u00a0<strong>Ethics Channel<\/strong>. A channel through which any possible breach or irregularity within the organization can be reported, as described in\u00a0<strong>Law 2\/2023<\/strong>, of 20 February, regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory breaches and combating corruption.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">WHAT FACTS CAN BE REPORTED?<\/span><\/p><p>You may report through the Ethics Channel any facts that you believe may constitute a breach of legal regulations, the Code of Ethics or any other internal rules currently in force, such as:<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Conduct related to fraud and corruption.<\/li><li>Conduct related to occupational safety, health and hygiene.<\/li><li>Discrimination and harassment in the workplace.<\/li><li>Conduct related to information security, data protection and securities markets.<\/li><li>Anti-competitive practices.<\/li><li>Conduct contrary to human rights or damage to the environment.<\/li><li>Other possible criminal or administrative offences.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">MAIN FEATURES:\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><strong>Confidentiality:<\/strong>\u00a0We understand that confidentiality is essential to encourage people to submit reports. We guarantee absolute confidentiality throughout the entire process and protect the identity of the reporting person to the extent permitted by law. This includes the possibility of submitting a report anonymously.<\/p><p><strong>Impartial investigation process:<\/strong>\u00a0Once a report has been submitted, our team of experts will thoroughly investigate the matter in an objective and diligent manner, in accordance with internal regulations and applicable legislation. Throughout the process, the rights of all parties involved will be respected, in particular the presumption of innocence.\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Protection against retaliation:<\/strong>\u00a0We do not tolerate any form of retaliation against good-faith reporting persons. We are committed to safeguarding the rights and integrity of those who dare to report any irregularity. We will take appropriate disciplinary measures against any individual who retaliates against a reporting person.<\/p><p><strong>Resolution and follow-up:<\/strong>\u00a0Once the investigation has been concluded, we will take the necessary actions to address the identified issue and, where possible, adopt corrective measures to prevent future violations. In addition, we undertake to keep the reporting person informed about the progress and outcome of their report, whenever possible and permitted by law.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><u>HOW TO SEND A REPORT?<\/u><\/p><p>\u2013 OPTION 1: Send a notification through the mobile app<\/p><ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>By downloading the co-resol app:<\/strong>it is free and available on the App Store and Google Play.<\/li><\/ol><ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"2\"><li>Click the \u201cReport here\u201d button and then enter the code \u201cGeoP\u201d.\u00a0<strong>\u201cGeoP\u201d<\/strong><\/li><li>Select the \u201cGeoplanning\u201d Ethics Channel button.<\/li><li>Write your message, being as specific as possible. You may attach both images and documentation.<\/li><li>Identify yourself or select the anonymous option. In either case, you must accept the Privacy Policy.<\/li><li>Once you have completed these steps, you will receive a message acknowledging receipt of your click.<\/li><li>Communication for follow-up on the click will be carried out through a secure chat, which you may access from the chat button on the app\u2019s home screen, until the case is closed.<\/li><\/ol><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>\u2013 OPTION 2: Send a notification through a web link<\/p><p>Through the web link:<a href=\"https:\/\/co-resol.bcnresol.com\/webclick\"><u>https:\/\/co-resol.bcnresol.com\/webclick<\/u><\/a><\/p><ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Click the \u201cReport here\u201d button and then enter the code \u201cGeoP\u201d.\u00a0<strong>\u201cGeoP\u201d<\/strong><\/li><li>Select the channel button.<\/li><li>Write your message, being as specific as possible. You may attach both images and documentation.<\/li><li>Identify yourself or select the anonymous option.
