In order to provide an expert service tailored to the needs of each client, it maintains and operates its quality management system based on the ISO 9001 standard in the Lleida laboratories.
In order to achieve these principles, GEOPLANNING understands its Quality Policy and the implementation model it applies as a commitment to maintaining a long-term project, respecting the environment, complying with applicable legal requirements, and advancing through the continuous improvement of our organisation.
The Directorate of GEOPLANNING Management approaches the Quality System as a way of organising the company’s operations based on fundamental pillars such as the quality of its products, customer satisfaction, and the continuous improvement of the System’s effectiveness. To this end, our organisation’s Quality Management System is based on:
- Quality and its improvement are the responsibility of all members of GEOPLANNING , starting from top management.
- Quality is achieved by planning, implementing, reviewing and improving the Management System, always taking into account the organisation’s context, both internal and external.
- Quality is focused on the satisfaction of all our customers (and interested parties), through the commitment of the entire organisation to meet their needs and requirements, as well as the applicable legal and regulatory requirements and those inherent to the service.
- Quality is supported by the continuous improvement of both service delivery and the effectiveness of the Quality Management System, in which preventing errors is a fundamental aspect.
- Quality leads us to pay the utmost attention to technological developments and to the possible improvements that new technologies may make available to us.
- Quality requires the participation and collaboration of everyone, and for this reason this Policy is communicated to all GEOPLANNING staff for their knowledge and understanding.
